With a strategic plan that presents a challenging and inspiring vision of the educational experience it seeks to provide for its students, it prides itself on its values of Integrity, Respect and Excellence.About the roleReporting to the General Manager, Strategic Communications and Engagement, and leading a small team, the Creative Services Manager is responsible for the development and creative execution of communications and marketing content and campaigns for internal and external channels to enhance employee and stakeholder engagement and external brand awareness and reputation. This hands-on role is accountable for the performance of social media and online performance, evaluation and reporting. Working in collaboration with communications peers, the appointee will develop integrated multi-channel communication plans and campaigns and will contribute to the development of overarching communications, stakeholder and employee engagement strategies.About youYou are a dynamic creative services leader possessing broad corporate communication and brand marketing experience gained in agencies and/or government, education, media or other relevant organisations, creating and delivering communication plans with impact for internal or external clients. Acknowledged for your creative and strategic agility, hands-on production skills, customer service ethos and your dynamic people leadership, you thrive on creative collaborations to achieve measurable objectives for external and internal audiences. You have a track record of achievement in social media campaigns and engagement, and demonstrated knowledge and expertise in data, insights and analytics. You flex easily between strategy and hands-on delivery and possess high proficiency in either graphic design or multi-media production.#J-18808-Ljbffr
