We're better together — join our world and let's do good things together.ABOUT THE ROLE This role is responsible for undertaking conceptual graphic and digital design activities relating to seasonal, promotional and in-house marketing content in accordance with brand directives and guidelines.
Key areas of responsibility include:Monthly conceptual campaign development and creation of overview deck (print and digital)Support and assist the Senior Creative Designer and Creative Manager in global conceptual design of campaigns, promotions, sale as required to ensure all creative is consistent, highly polished and on brandDevelop and create dynamic engaging visuals and edit motion graphics, videos, and animations for web, social media, and presentations.Collaborate with Senior Creative leads to roll out conceptual campaign to print and digital design studiosSupport with additional items and workload where requiredSKILLS & EXPERIENCE Demonstrated experience in a similar roleIdeally between 3–5 years' experience in graphic design (in-house or agency side)Experience working within brand guidelines and creating new concepts that still align to brands DNAExperience in conceptual design developing seamless experiences across digital and printProficiency with creative design programs Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Aftereffects).Experience with visual and interaction design tools (Figma).Intermediate-advanced skills in creating animated designs would be highly advantageous.Knowledge of UX/UI fundamentals and Prototyping experience highly regardedExceptional design skills, eye for content quality, creative typographic and crafting skillsKnowledge of design fundamentals and principlesIs highly effective in interpreting briefs and delivering and executing creative conceptsExcellent creative and artistic presentations skillsThrives in a collaborative team environmentResults driven and ability to multitaskAbility to work effectively and level-headed under pressure in a faced paced and agile environmentReceptive and responsive to constructive feedbackAbility to demonstrate initiative and effectively plan and be proactive in all facets of the roleDemonstrate effective interpersonal, communication and networking abilitiesExperience with fashion/retails brands desirable and a passion for the fashion industry a must.Tertiary level design qualificationEffective time management skills and ability to manage your workflow** Please attach folio/examples of your work in your application** OUR CULTURE To describe COTTON:ON in six words is easy; optimistic, passionate, real, energetic, collaborative and, most importantly, ethical.Our team members are a passionate group of people, committed to making a real difference in people's lives through our philanthropic arm, the Cotton On Foundation.
