Key Responsibilities: Empower Transition: Collaborate with NDIS staff to facilitate smooth transitions for participants. Drive Growth: Identify business opportunities to meet regional growth targets. Foster Collaboration: Promote teamwork and build strong relationships with peers and stakeholders. Enhance Brand Visibility: Strengthen brand presence to maximize growth and expand the customer base. Lead by Example: Serve as a positive role model, demonstrating resilience and adaptability. Maintain Excellence: Oversee the maintenance of CPL assets, ensuring brand alignment and accessibility. Implement Innovative Solutions: Provide necessary systems, software, and training for high-quality NDIS services. Stay Informed: Keep updated on NDIS rules and share insights with staff and clients. Inspire Leadership: Lead local staff with a customer-focused approach while managing resources efficiently. Adapt and Contribute: Take on additional responsibilities as directed by the Area Manager. Selection criteria includes: Experience managing a range of services for people with a disability or similar. Demonstrated operational and strategic level professional leadership skills with a strong understanding and application of HR policies and processes.
