The Role Reporting to the ClusterManager and working closely with the store team, this position is responsible for delivering the company key performance indicators relating to the Stockroom and building a team that is empowered to exceed.
Key Responsibilities Contribute to the profitability of the retail operation by receiving, handling and managing the inventory of merchandise in a timely, efficient and organised mannerLead and develop the stockroom team to ensure effective stock control at all timesEnsure shrink strategies are reviewed and implemented on an ongoing basisDrive the focus of Work Health and Safety (WHS) within the stockroom and storeManagement of the stores stocktake processReview and implement strategies within the store to improve efficiencyThe Ideal Candidate will have Previous experience in a fast-paced physical environmentProven ability to cope well under pressureA passion for the retail industry and exceptional internal and external customer serviceHighly developed attention to detailSound knowledge of health and safety regulationsExperience in managing budgets, interpreting financial reports and generating rostersProven ability to manage the performance and development of a teamFocus on driving productivity with team membersAbility to build strong relationships with all stakeholdersWhy work for us?
