The Role Reporting to the Cluster Manager, this position is responsible for delivering the departments financial targets and company key performance indicators focusing heavily on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience. This role will also build a team that is empowered to exceed within the department and the retail store as a whole.

The Ideal Candidate will have Experience in managing a high sales turnover retail businessAbility to manage budgets, interpreting financial reports and generating efficient rostersDemonstrated experience in managing for profit, with a commercial approachA passion for the retail industry, exceptional service and a strong sense of personal style and presentationExperience managing the performance, training and development of a medium to large teamSkills associated with driving productivity with team membersAbility to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
