Period of Appointment 12 months.
Duties Responsible for building strong client-based relationships to provide high level, client-focused service, advice, support and coaching to managers (including senior managers) and employees in the management of a broad range of strategic workforce management, recruitment and employment and employee relations matters.
As a Client Partner you will support managers in making good people decisions across the employee lifecycles including driving a positive workplace culture and influencing employee relations and workforce behaviours and expectations.

Desirable Requirements Knowledge and expertise consistent with qualifications recognised at Diploma and Advanced Diploma level in human resource management or related discipline or equivalent work experience is desirable.
