As the Country Manager for ANZ, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, business operations, sales, and market growth of ZOLL's medical solutions across Australia and New Zealand.
This high-impact position calls for a visionary leader with extensive experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams, driving business performance, and fostering a strong market presence.
You will oversee all facets of the ANZ operations, building partnerships, driving sales strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimising operational efficiency.

Strategic Vision and Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic business plan tailored to the ANZ market that aligns with ZOLL's global and regional goals. Provide motivational leadership to all functional departments within the country, including sales, operations, customer support, marketing, and regulatory affairs. Collaborate with regional and global management teams to ensure alignment on market priorities, strategic initiatives, and business objectives. Build and communicate a clear vision and mission for the business, cultivating a high-performance culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and results. Drive ZOLL Medical's positioning as a leader and trusted partner in resuscitation and critical care technology across ANZ. Sales and Revenue Growth Lead and drive the overall revenue growth strategy for the ANZ market, maximising market share and expanding Zoll's presence in new and existing customer segments. Directly oversee the sales organisation, setting sales targets, managing key accounts, and optimising the performance of sales representatives and distributors. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including emerging market trends, strategic partnerships, and distribution networks, to generate sustainable revenue growth. Implement best practices in pipeline management, sales forecasting, customer segmentation, and market penetration strategies, ensuring accurate and actionable insights. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, healthcare providers, industry partners, and government bodies. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare, or a related field is required; master's degree (MBA, MHA) preferred. Experience: At least 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in the healthcare, medical device, or related industry, with significant experience in a country or regional leadership role. Proven Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, inspire and engage employees, and achieve organisational objectives. Commercial and Strategic Acumen: Expertise in developing and executing business plans, sales strategies, and market growth initiatives that drive revenue and profitability. Operational Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of supply chain, customer service, quality, and regulatory operations. Financial Acumen: Strong ability to manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Customer and Stakeholder Focus: Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, industry leaders, and regulatory bodies. Communication and Influence: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences and drive alignment. Adaptability and Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, complex business environment, with an understanding of ANZ market dynamics and customer expectations. Ethics and Integrity: Deep commitment to ethical business practices, patient safety, quality standards, and corporate values. Work Environment: This role involves significant travel within Australia and New Zealand and occasional International travel.
