In line with our exciting growth, a fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Counter Sales/Storeperson to join our brand new team in Coffs Harbour.
Role Responsibilities: Direct customer liaison and provide exceptional customer service to all clients.Process orders entries and complete all dispatch documentation.Control of orders in line with customer requirements.Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and timely orders and deliveries.Handle local deliveries and pick-ups effectively and safely.Ensure Company equipment and facilities are well maintained and in good working condition.Safely hand loading and unloading of freight.What you'll need: Possess strong work ethic, professional, and a self-starter.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to make positive contribution within the team.Good planning, organisation, and time management skills.Basic numerical skill and good attention to detail and accuracy.Trade background, air-conditioning or building industry experience highly desirable.Forklift license preferred.
