Costa | Market Support Administrator

Details of the offer

Are you an office support administrator with fresh market experience looking for a new challenge?
Costa invites you to join us at our Rocklea-based fresh produce business.
We are a small team looking for an enthusiastic person who wants to upskill and develop a career within our business.

Be a part of something good, working with quality fresh produce for a company that values people and their diversity, and gives back to the communities in which they live and operate.
This role is a full-time salary position of 38hrs per week, and is available for an immediate start.
Become a part of our exciting business, help us grow and reach our potential.

Please note that this role requires a 5am start.

Who we're looking for We are looking for someone that is flexible enough to grow with our business and help us find opportunities to improve.

You will come from a fresh-produce market and ideally have experience in an administrative role involving a variety of office support tasks and accounts payable activities.
You will need to have cashier experience, including banking and the management of monetary transactions with customers.
The prior use of an accounting package, particularly SAP, would be an advantage – but is not essential.

You are a good communicator with a strong attention to detail that is willing to reach out and see what else you can do to help support others during our busy times.

What you'll be doing You will be responsible for a variety of office support tasks, accounts activities, cashier work including banking and the management of all monetary transactions with customers, and data entry duties.
You will also, over time, support Sales Managers with their administrative requirements.

General administrative duties may be requested from other sections, managers or supervisors across the business from time to time.

Why work with us?
Costa Group is Australia's leading grower, packer and marketer of premium quality fresh fruit and vegetables.
At Costa, we celebrate our people as being the foundation of our business and instil strong values; Passion, Determination, Accountability, Sincerity and Respect.
We take pride in our strong safety culture and strive to ensure all employees have a safe work environment.

We care for our people People are the heart of Costa.
Our employees enjoy some of the best benefits and conditions in the industry.
From competitive pay to health, wellbeing, and further learning and development opportunities.
