Job Description Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceMonitor and control all procedures that affect the receipt, issuance, general controls and sales of food and beverageCost all food and beverage items where practical, input these costs into the point of sales systemPreparer monthly potential F & B costs of salesEnsure proper storage and issuance of all food and beverage itemsEstablish and maintain a cost allocation transfer system for food and beverage to the relevant departmentsMonitor food and beverage inventories, cost of sales, and internal cost controlsPrepare all food and beverage costs on a monthly basis and recommend alternatives to improve costs.Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role requiredPrevious point of sale system experience requiredMust be computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications and other related computer applicationsStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesHighly responsible and reliableDiploma or degree in accounting Additional Information Your team and working environment: Heart + Artist = Heartist At Accor, we are all Heartists.
