As a result, we are looking for an experienced Cost Controller to join our expanding commercial team.
Based in our West Perth office and offered on a full-time basis, you'll work closely with our operational project delivery teams to manage business and project cost activities including reporting, budgeting and forecasting. Critical to the success of this role is the ability to understand our data and having the confidence to question and interrogate the information provided to ensure the ongoing robustness of our cost information.
OUR ROLEReporting to our Head of Commercial, in this role you will:
Oversee and support overall project cost activities including budgeting and forecastingAnalyze progress and schedule against costVariance analysis of estimated and budgeted versus actualEarned value analysis, cost reporting and cost performance evaluationAssist with and support end of month project reportingSupport project accounting activities and monthly progress claimsRisk analysis and communication of opportunitiesChance to bring your experiences and build cost control measures across the businessBe part of a dynamic environment and be part of the change/growth storyABOUT YOUGreat people skills and the ability to build trust is a must, backed by strong communications skills. You will also ideally have:
