About The Role: Reporting to the Head of Cost Control, you will be dedicated to a project and responsible for analysing financial data, tracking project costs and creating client and management reports to ensure the budgets are met and resources are efficiently allocated.
Your responsibilities will include:
To set up the Cost Control System (tools, sheets), project procedures and the CBS/WBS Estimate the impact of changes and modifications on the cost of project and the potential revenue claimable to the client Provide project support by monitoring and reporting on cost, project progress, invoicing, change control and variations Distribute the initial budget towards discipline lead, procurement team, construction, and installation activities Conduct analysis on Risks and Opportunities Follow up the commitment's vs the current budgets and report variance and potential impact to PM/PCM and Technip Energies management Estimate the overall costs (forecast) and quantities to end of the project Prepare/maintain and issue Project Cash Flow for Finance/treasury department Payment claim and sales invoice preparation Follow any specific project/ contract requirements and/or specific report We offer you not only a job, but an inspiring journey in a truly global environment where you team up to break down boundaries thanks to the innovation, creativity and pioneer spirit which drive our people.
About You: We'd love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:
Full understanding of the principles of cost control, management and project reporting 4 + years working in cost control Previous project-based cost control experience a strong advantage Prior experience working in the Energy industry (desired) Advanced MS Excel skills A detail minded approach to work with strong cost analysis skills Ability to work to tight deadlines Effective interpersonal skills What's Next?
