We are looking for an experienced Audio Visual and Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in our Brisbane office who demonstrates exceptional communication skills with a strong customer focus, is self-motivated and goal-oriented, and has the ability to apply analytical and conceptual thinking.
This hybrid role will primarily be responsible for the management of on-site AV facilities, both on the client floor and internal meeting rooms, as well as managing, overseeing, and co-coordinating webinars/events. The secondary responsibility of this role is to provide hands-on technical Desktop Support assistance to the firm and help it meet its goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Manage all AV requests for events, client meetings, seminars, education sessions, interviews, and ad hoc requests Responsible for operating, testing, and troubleshooting audio and video equipment Manage and co-ordinate team members for national AV requests Identify potential changes and system improvements to present to senior team leaders for consideration and implementation Liaise with staff to ensure all AV requests are prepared and tested in preparation for all meetings and events Monitor and co-ordinate live events to ensure all staff experience a professional and quality AV experience Resolve and provide proactive support and attention to logged IT ticket requests from users Conduct installation, configuration of desktops, laptops, peripheral equipment, and software Identify, log, and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems Manage staff movements and allocation of equipment as well as the purchasing, allocation, and recording mobile phone and technology loan fleet Provide support on calls allocated from National Help desk and participate in technology projects Required Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong customer service focus with a positive and proactive approach to client service Time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure Strong attention to detail producing accurate work in a timely manner Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Experience with Zoom and MS Teams Rooms Experience managing an AV environment Demonstrated Desktop Support experience, ideally gained within a professional services environment Vendor certification in one or more relevant technologies ITIL Foundation certificate.
