Correspondence Review Officer

Halcyon Knights is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Correspondence Review Officer for a short-term assignment within an executive office of a state government department based in Adelaide CBD.
This role is crucial in ensuring that all correspondence sent to the Office of the Chief Executive (OCE) is reviewed and updated.
The correspondence includes communications with external stakeholders, the general public, Minister's Office requests, and departmental approvals.
ABOUT THE ROLE Review and update correspondence to ensure compliance with the Style Guide.
Manage and prioritize competing tasks effectively.
Work under clear direction and guidance while adapting to a fast-paced environment.
ABOUT YOU Previous experience in correspondence management or a similar role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage competing priorities and follow clear instructions.
Quick learner with the capacity to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
