Join us as our new Corporate Travel Coordinator - APAC We are looking for a new team member to join our Regional APAC Team: a working environment consisting of highly educated, skilled, positive, innovative, and enthusiastic employees. Here you will take care of all travel arrangements and associated services for our regional workforce. This role will suit someone with a calm and professional approach to providing travel service to our employees. It is all about ensuring a practical and respectful dealing with 'customers' (colleagues, clients, visitors and contractors alike) are at the forefront every day. This is a pivotal role at DOF and one where your contributions and experience will greatly influence our ability to provide successful operational results. Your responsibilities will include the following areas (not exclusively): Help sourcing and negotiating with relevant service providers for the Travel Portfolio Service, such as hotels, car-hire companies etc. Provide exceptional Customer Service to both internal and external clientele and stakeholders. Process all Travel requests for DOF in the APAC region and across various borders around the world. Liaising with the Travel Management Company (TMC) to ensure seamless and efficient commercial travel bookings in line with DOF travel requirements and associated policies. Analyse and report on any perceived process improvement or risks and initiate potential solutions to mitigate risks and improve on process, at regular intervals. Have a good understanding, appreciation and knowledge of Global Mobility requirements for a Global Workforce, including Visa, work permits and immigration requirements. Provide or assist with enabling Traveller's movements/tracking and oversight, aligned to safety and contact. Be key contact person for anything travel. Your qualifications include: Travel Booking certification, using the global Amadeus Travel Booking technology system. 5 to 7 years of solid Travel booking and scheduling experience. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in the English Language; additional language will be an additional benefit. Be solutions focused with a clear and level mindset towards various challenges and be comfortable working in an ambiguous and at times, very uncertain environment where decisions are made in the '11th hour'. Outstanding attention to details and have strong computer and travel application know-how. Willingness to adjust, pivot and repeat - at a moment's notice - with a continued professional can-do attitude and appreciation of various challenges with moving people 'to-and-from'.
