Working your 6 month fixed term contract, you'll join as a Corporate Support Officer in a high performing and supportive team.
You will be responsible for providing efficient and cost effective administrative and program of work support to various departments across Energy Queensland and the network business.
You will utilise your high level of interpersonal skills to provide support to our field leaders and employees with time sheeting, labour costing analysis, processing corporate card transactions, purchasing, and monitoring, sweeping and assigning web work orders.
You will respond to a varied range of enquiries across multi-channel communication platforms including phone, email and face to face with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
You'll receive comprehensive training, coaching, and mentoring throughout your journey to set you up for success.

You thrive working in a fast-paced team environment and have proven organisational and time management skills.
You have strong verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and confidently and when solving problems follow through to resolution.
You're self-motivated and you work proactively to deliver work autonomously with a commitment to embrace new learnings and processes.
Ideally you hold a Certificate IV in Business Administration or have demonstrated experience and capability within an administrative environment.
You also have the ability to gain knowledge of corporate information, administrative systems and processes.
