This role will oversee Human Resources, Finance, and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS), while also coordinating ICT and Marketing outsourced contractors to achieve organisational objectives.Key Responsibilities:Work alongside the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to execute strategic plans that align with the organisation's mission, while advising on corporate service functions (HR, Finance and WHS).Lead and manage the HR department including managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, from onboarding to development, performance management and staff activities.Develop and monitor HR policies and procedures to uphold legal compliance and best practices in employee relations.Provide advice and coaching to SLT on employee relations matters including performance management, workforce planning, employment procedures and staff engagement.Work alongside the CEO and Quality Team to develop and maintain workforce plans, recruitment strategies, and professional development programs, while overseeing workplace safety, return-to-work processes, and ensuring compliance with WHS regulations.Prepare and present reports on corporate services to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations.Oversee the Finance department, while collaborating with the outsourced CFO to ensure effective financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance with relevant legislation and funding agreements.Collaborate with external service providers to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.What We Need From You:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or a related field (essential).Professional certifications in Human Resources, WHS or Risk Management are advantageous.6+ years' experience in leadership roles, managing multidisciplinary teams and corporate service functions.Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources with experience in the workplace.Demonstrated experience in managing outsourced service providers and stakeholder relationships.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with a strong focus on team building and collaboration.A Working with Children's Check.NDIS Workers Screening Check.How to Apply:To apply, click 'APPLY NOW' and submit your resume via SEEK.Thomas McWilliam is an equal-opportunity employer.
