You will report to the Managing Director. Tasks include:Performing high level administration duties and ongoing operational support;Comprehensive financial management including planning, budgeting and reporting;Strategic initiatives including sensitivity analysis, finance modelling, process reengineering across different operations;Ensuring effective ongoing cost control and cash flow management including use of invoice discounting facility;Preparing weekly management dashboards and monthly board reports;Team management and leadership;Liaising with external accountants and auditors when required;Performing in public forums to promote new programs and policies;Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained.To be successful in this role, you will be:A driven and strategic individualHave a keen interest in technology and entrepreneurshipAbility to combine the growth strategies of several companies while having a hands-on approach to operations and process improvement.Attention to detailGreat communication and management skillsThis role is suited to an experienced yet ambitious individual, with plans to grow into a broader management role.Job Type: Full-timePay: $87,500.00 – $107,500.00 per yearWork Location: In person
