Due to rapid growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Corporate Services Manager.Summary of RoleThe Corporate Services Manager plays a key role in managing several corporate and operational functions including finance, payroll, and property management to ensure the smooth running of the business. This role will provide robust staff management as well as a high level of administrative, strategic planning, and operational support. The Corporate Services Manager will lead projects within the Operations Department or the wider organization as and when required. Demonstrating a high level of competency in electronic systems, this role will also provide high-level support to all BET's stakeholders relating to property management, finance, and ICT. The Corporate Services Manager will build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and represent BET Group Global at public events.Essential Minimum CriteriaRelevant Business Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent, plus two years of full-time relevant experience in a Corporate Service-related role e.g.: Finance, Payroll or IT.Alternatively, five years of full-time relevant experience in a Corporate Service-related role e.g.: Finance, Payroll or IT.Demonstrated experience using digital finance/accounting systems.Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to work and communicate effectively with participants, their families, community agencies, and other stakeholders.Strives for continuous improvement and has a high level of integrity.Special RequirementsFlexibility and a willingness to travel and work between all BET work locations if required.Must have the right to work in Australia and provide evidence.Current Australian or international Driver's Licence.Adhere to BET's non-smoking policy at all worksites.Must have a satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.BenefitsCareer advancement opportunities in a growing organisation.Supportive, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment.Continuous professional development and training opportunities.
