Corporate Services Manager (Administration Manager)

MAP Education Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Service Manager to oversee and coordinate the administrative, financial, and operational functions of our organisation.
The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, leadership, and operational expertise to support our education services.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage payroll and financial operations: Oversee payroll processing, prepare invoices, and ensure that all financial transactions are handled accurately and within established timelines.
Maintain records to ensure compliance with organisational and financial standards.
Develop and enforce operational guidelines: Design and implement standardised procedures for education agents, focusing on student counselling, financial documentation, and operational workflows, to ensure consistency and efficiency across all processes.
Resource management: Coordinate and manage the organisation's administrative, financial, physical, and human resources to support the work of education agents and ensure the successful recruitment of students.
Assist in financial reporting and budgeting: Support the preparation of financial reports and budgets, particularly those related to student enrolments, visa processing, and agency fees.
This involves monitoring financial performance and optimising budgetary allocations.
Provide strategic and operational support: Offer senior management high-level advice on staff management, financial planning, and facility operations to ensure smooth business operations and long-term planning.
Coordinate with external auditors: Work closely with auditors to ensure that the organisation's financial records are compliant, accurate, and up to date, promoting transparency and integrity.
Represent the organisation in external relations: Serve as the organisation's spokesperson in negotiations with educational institutions, migration authorities, and at industry events, showcasing MAP Education Group's services and fostering partnerships to expand its reach.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in corporate services, administration management, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of financial management and operational processes.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience in the education or migration industry is desirable.
