Corporate Services Administration OfficerWorking up to 25 hours per week, this part-time role will provide essential support across the organisation, delivering high-quality general administrative support.
Job DescriptionThe Corporate Services Administration Officer role includes duties relating to MASP's corporate insurance portfolio, collection and analysis of customer feedback, and information privacy requests, as well as providing support to Human Resources, Payroll and Finance during times of leave. Ability to multitask, attention to detail, and a commitment to professionalism will be highly valued.
If you have experience in corporate administration with a focus on info systems and compliance, the ability to work independently and in a team setting, and strong communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Expected commencing salary of $38.4694 per hour plus statutory superannuation. Because MASP is a non-profit organisation, you also have the option to maximise your income through salary packaging.

** Applications that do not address the Key Selection Criteria may not be considered ** Desired Skills and ExperienceEssential role-specific skills, knowledge and experience Experience in providing reception and general administration support for a diverse range of programs or services.Demonstrated experience in managing corporate insurance portfolios, coordinating renewals, processing claims, and ensuring adequate coverage to protect organisational assets and interests.Knowledge in handling information privacy requests, including the ability to review, assess, and release personal information in compliance with relevant privacy legislation and organisational policies.Demonstrated experience in managing basic financial processes, including accounts payable and payroll. Ability to assist with financial recordkeeping, ensure accuracy in transactions and data entry.Experience in managing document control processes, including the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies and procedures.Well-developed interpersonal skills together with written and verbal communication skills with a high level of customer service in an administrative environment.Demonstrated experience in providing a professional, friendly and welcoming customer experience.Highly desirable role-specific skills, knowledge and experience Experience in a not for profit / charitable organisation.Knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework relevant to social housing.Certificate IV in Business Administration or a related field.To find out more about this opportunity, please contact Amy Nash, Manager Corporate Services, on .
