About the company A leading energy organisation in the heart of Adelaide CBD requires an immediate start temporary receptionist to be the first point of contact for greeting customers, visitors, and contractors.

Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Managing inbound calls and addressing queries over the phone Greeting clients and customers at reception Providing high-level administrative support to the team Supporting enquiries and directing calls to the relevant departments Managing email, meeting rooms, and online bookings Issuing security passes Requirements/Skills Exceptional interpersonal skills - must be professional, approachable, and friendly Experience working in a busy receptionist role High attention to detail Competency with IT systems Must be well presented If you are interested in this role, please APPLY today.
