The Position We currently have a role on our team for a Corporate Receptionist who will be responsible for providing a professional, polite and efficient reception service:
Provide a warm, professional, friendly and welcoming style of service to customers and clients at all times Book meeting rooms and facilitate booking updates as required Ensure emails, intranet and phone enquiries are managed in a timely manner Manage and document client feedback The Person Experienced in a comparable reception/client service environment Impeccable personal presentation and organisational skills EMS booking room system prior use desirable (not essential) Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality **Due to the nature of these roles, a baseline background check may be completed prior to starting, therefore either Permanent residency or citizenship is a mandatory requirement** The Benefits We place great importance on being an employer of choice and offer excellent career opportunities including internal transfers; ongoing training and development including apprenticeships & traineeships, recognition programs including awards and long service; site based benefits; and company discounts.
