Leading Australian law firm Hours 7.30am -3.30pm Salary up to $85,00 package We are partnering with one of Australia's leading independent law firms who's culture is driven by innovative thinkers.
This top tier firm is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join them on a full-time basis.
THE ROLE As a key member of this collaborative team, you will be the face of the firm at Reception, playing a critical role in delivering both internal and external client services.
Experience in guest relations or a similar position will greatly contribute to your success in this role.
Responsibilities will include: Administering bookings for internal services including rooms, catering, and facilities equipment; Greeting visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and well cared for; Switchboard management, answering internal and external phone calls and directing them to the most appropriate person; and Taking ownership of the presentation of the reception area.
ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will need: Proven experience in a corporate reception position or in a similar front-of-house role; Experience in administering bookings for internal services - EMS system experience is preferable, or experience using a similar system; and Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
