In the daunting and unpredictable experience that follows diagnosis, a child needs as much stability and support from their family as possible. Redkite is a lifeline for families, providing real emotional, financial and practical support. Because holding it together when your child's life is in question can feel role:Redkite is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Corporate Partnerships Coordinator who enjoys connecting and engaging with people. This rewarding role is a key liaison with some of Redkite's biggest corporate partners, including the community team at the Coles Group. This role will see you develop key relationships and implement engagement strategies and activities with corporate partners in Victoria & Tasmania. This involves high volume phone, email and face-to-face contact, involving regular travel across VIC and TAS with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.This role would suit a candidate with excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently and respond quickly to bring new ideas and activities to life. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative national team and have a passion for meeting new people. You will be the main point of contact for Coles Group team members, organise regular visits to Coles stores and Coles Express sites and be the 'voice' for Redkite when you're out and about visiting our partners.While charity fundraising experience is not essential, this is an ideal entry level role for the not-for-profit sector and an excellent opportunity to develop and grow your career by stepping into a challenging and varied role.About you:The successful candidate should demonstrate the following skills & experience:• One to two years' experience in a relationship or client engagement role, with a proven track record of representing organisations to the highest standards.• Ability to, or experience in, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders of all levels.• Ability to develop and adapt communications to respond to changing circumstances.• Demonstrated success managing multiple tasks with shifting and short deadlines and changing circumstances.• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to process improvement, knowledge sharing, and learning from teammates.• Proven ability to be self-motivated and work autonomously.• Confidence in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, confidence with internet and email and ability to adapt to new technology.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to enable high level phone and email communications.• Willingness to travel and represent Redkite at external events, including travel, evening, and weekend commitments, with a current full driver's 40 years we have had a single purpose: to be a lifeline for families facing their child's cancer.
