More about the Program Specialist - Identity Operations, APAC role at Uber The APAC Central Identity Operations Team ensures that Uber has compliant earners on our platform. As a Program Specialist, you will ensure that our Earners (drivers & couriers) onboarding process is both vetted and as frictionless as possible across Asia Pacific (APAC). This team helps generate supply (through identity certifications) and govern access on the platform. This spans across some of Uber's star markets in APAC. We are also the first line of defense to making sure our platform is safe by activating and keeping only 'the right earners' on and ensuring guardrails (Risk and Payments) are maintained. We do this by doing things quickly, accurately, and with a focus on efficiency. We also work with a large X-Functional team to bring our vision to life. We bias to action, so we need someone who can solve problems, prioritize actions and get the best impact and outcomes from what they do. ????
