We are currently representing a leading global law firm in their search for a highly skilled M&A/Private Equity lawyer to join their Sydney team.

Widely recognised as a leading advisor on M&A and corporate transactions, the firm combines exceptional transactional skills with specialist expertise. Known for their abilities to manage cross-border work, with the majority of transactions having a multi-jurisdictional focus.

Ability to collaborate with team members with warmth and good humour.
