Skills and Experience

2 to 5 years PAE with training in a top-tier law firm;
Strong academic results;
Experience acting on large, complex M&A and private equity deals;
Excellent communication, technical skills and attention to detail;
Ability to collaborate with team members;
Excellent interpersonal skills; and
An active, positive team member.
