We are seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to work on a range of M&A, ASX and ECM transactions for local and national clients.

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our team, working with our Brisbane partner, Katherine Hammond. 

In this role, you will be exposed to significant clients and interesting projects and matters.

This role will suit someone with upwards of 5 years PAE practicing in corporate law. You may be an associate seeking to step into a SA role or a current SA seeking to work in a truly national practice across a range of partners and clients.

We are able to offer great work for great clients in a supportive environment. We encourage you to develop client relationships, and take responsibility and lead transactions, where appropriate, while mentoring and developing junior lawyers.

Your skills and experience
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' post-admission experience in corporate and commercial law, including corporate governance, Capital Markets, ASX Listing rules, M&A and Corporate Finance. Ideally you will have gained this experience in a top-tier, mid-tier or national law firm, or a specialist corporate/M&A firm.

You will also possess:
Excellent drafting, critical and analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;A strong desire to work as a member of a team whilst servicing client needs and developing business; andAn aptitude for managing the work of the junior members of the team.Employee Benefits
