About the client Our client is a high-profile, innovative organisation in the financial services sector.

About the role Working as part of a well-regarded and diverse team of professionals, you will gain experience in financial markets matters. This role does not require prior experience in financial markets but is well suited to lawyers seeking to gain experience in the sector.

The key responsibilities of this role are varied, and include liaising with internal and external stakeholders in relation to:

Corporate and head office advisory matters, such as compliance with continuous disclosure and other market integrity compliance requirements. Providing accurate and timely legal advice on Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules. Advising on IPOs and other capital markets transactions. Reviewing and advising on corporate governance documentation and market announcements. About you You will be a lawyer with a demonstrated understanding of corporate law. Any experience in capital markets, company secretarial or governance matters would be an advantage. Excellent training and professional development will be provided.

As this is an external facing role, you will have strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
