12-month contract role .Important to your success - let's grow togetherRecognised Australian legal qualifications and eligible to practice law in New South Wales.5+ years PQE experience across general corporate and commercial law disciplines working in a law firm or in-house position.Experience drafting and negotiating complex technology contracts.Experience working in and knowledge of the insurance and broader financial services industry would be advantageous.Ability to receive instructions, analytically assess issues and communicate advice clearly and in a non-legalistic way.Strong written communications skills and ability to produce a variety of documents that demonstrate command of language, clarity of thought, and orderliness of presentation.Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain trustful, working relationships at all levels of the organisation; able to demonstrate professional and tactful customer relationship skills.Belong.
