Corporate Key Account Manager - Global Forwarder

This Global Brand has a current vacancy for a Senior Level Account Manager to join their Corporate Development Team. They are sourcing a highly experienced professional who can service a portfolio of global customers who have complex supply chain requirements.This rare opportunity requires an individual who has proven experience within a Global Freight Forwarder managing high profile customers.This position is responsible for problem solving, escalations, retention and growth of your client base as well as securing new corporate accounts for the Sydney Branch in accordance with the company direction and business strategy.Your Current Experience Will Enable You ToDevelop and maintain strong existing corporate customer relations.Respond to corporate customer RFI, RFQ (Request for Information, Request for Quote) and Tenders.Respond to escalations and co-ordinate with different departments to deliver quality service to corporate customers.Conduct QBRs.
