We're seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to lead our treasury and financial management functions, driving strategic outcomes that align with our company's objectives. This full-time role is ideal for a seasoned leader with a deep background in finance, treasury, investment, and portfolio advisory. You'll guide a high-performing team, manage complex capital strategies, and uphold robust governance standards to achieve impactful results.
Your Role in Action Capital Strategy Execution: Lead and implement Western Power's capital strategy, managing capital allocations, and optimizing shareholder returns.Treasury and Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow operations, ensure efficient cash management, and manage debt and funding strategies.Governance and Risk Management: Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, safeguarding Western Power's financial and operational integrity.Team Leadership and Development: Cultivate a high-performing, collaborative team culture, providing mentorship and supporting team members' career growth.Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships across teams and with external partners, fostering alignment with our financial strategies.What Makes You a Great Fit A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; a background in banking is a plus.Extensive experience in financial and treasury management, ideally within a corporate or utility environment.Proven track record of mature leadership with strengths in strategic thinking, team management, and effective mentorship.Capital allocation and investment portfolio advisory skills.Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of cash flow, credit management, and risk governance.By joining Western Power, you will contribute to powering a cleaner energy future.
