Job Title Corporate Concierge Job Description Summary As the Senior Corporate Concierge, you will deliver a range of on-site facilities and workplace services, ensuring a responsive, welcoming, and authentic experience to the client's staff & visitors at our client's premises. Our Corporate Concierge team has a focus on anticipating needs, presenting a professional and approachable image, and delivering prompt and positive action which makes every interaction simple and effective to deliver an exceptional workplace experience. About the role: Ensure that Cushman & Wakefield is strongly represented and make sure that all work is of the highest quality. Integrate within the client's business to understand their workplace experience, identify areas for improvement and innovation. Proactively build rapport with clients (at the respective level), and ensure to meet their needs to minimize escalations. Work with key stakeholders to engage with client employees, identifying strategies to encourage staff back into the physical workplace. Office management. Meet & greet visitors and advise the host of their arrival. Ensure all guests, visitors, and tradespeople sign in and register pursuant to site guidelines. Manage site operations to ensure continuity of property services with minimum disruption to the client's business operations. Conduct property inspections and audits involving the review of property operations to ensure cost effectiveness is maximized. Health & Safety support. About You: Prior experience in workplace services, either through Concierge or Workplace Coordination roles. Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency when undertaking work. Excellent written and oral communication skills together with strong interpersonal skills. Strong Customer Service skills. Creative thinking mindset, able and willing to contribute ideas relating to the planning of workplace events. The ability to be a team player and individual contributor as required. An ability to prioritize effectively and ensure deadlines are met. An energetic, self-motivated personality with a curious nature and interest in learning.
