Assist two (2) Partners who have niche specialisations - one franchising and the other ICT and IP; WFH 2 days; Senior Associate;Skills & experienceYou will be a corporate & commercial lawyer at the Senior Associate level.Your workRelevantly differs between the two Partners to whom you will work closely.
One will see you review, negotiate and drafting various contractual arrangements including distribution, licensing and procurement agreements.
The other Partner concentrates on intellectual property, privacy, data protection and cyber security.
