The firm has a stellar client base and acts for all industry sectors including government agencies e.g. state, federal.Due to growth, the firm is looking to recruit an experienced corporate/commercial lawyer (at the Associate, Senior Associate, or Special Counsel level) with ideally experience in the industry sectors of health, aged care, home-based care, disability, and community.A flavour of the work will include:mergers and acquisitions within the health and aged care sectorscorporate advisory and commercial workadvising on regulatory requirementsadvising on privacy and data breachescorporate governanceadvising clients on risk managementAbout YouThe ideal candidate will:either be at the Associate/Senior Lawyer or Senior Associate or even at the Special Counsel levelideally have experience working with clients in the health sectorhave first-class advisory skills and a commercial approach to their workability to foster strong relationships with clientshave strong communication and interpersonal skillshave the ability to be creative and think outside the boxenjoy mentoring more junior members of the teamCulture & BenefitsOur client has a superb working culture.
