The firm has a stellar client base and acts for all industry sectors including government agencies e.g. state, federal. Due to growth, the firm is looking to recruit an experienced corporate/commercial lawyer (at the Associate, Senior Associate, or Special Counsel level) with ideally experience in the industry sectors of health, aged care, home-based care, disability, and community. A flavour of the work will include: mergers and acquisitions within the health and aged care sectors corporate advisory and commercial work advising on regulatory requirements advising on privacy and data breaches corporate governance advising clients on risk management About You The ideal candidate will: either be at the Associate/Senior Lawyer or Senior Associate or even at the Special Counsel level ideally have experience working with clients in the health sector have first-class advisory skills and a commercial approach to their work ability to foster strong relationships with clients have strong communication and interpersonal skills have the ability to be creative and think outside the box enjoy mentoring more junior members of the team Culture & Benefits Our client has a superb working culture.
