Mutual trust and respect are at the heart of everything we do. The Role This is an amazing opportunity for a client focused and experienced legal assistant to join our Sydney Corporate Advisory team on a full-time basis.  Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: • Answering phone calls and assisting with client enquiries; • Preparing legal documents;• Preparing emails and letters to clients; • Diary management; • Billing and following up outstanding bills;• Preparing costs agreements; • Coordinating team meetings/events; • Mail merging documents and formatting; • Opening and closing files; • Attending to conflict checks; • Conducting public searches; • Liaising with clients and contacts; and • General administrative duties. Who We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience as a legal assistant. Experience in a corporate or commercial practice will be highly regarded, but not essential. You will have a professional approach and excellent organisational and communication skills, with a client service focus. You will be proficient in Word and Excel and have capabilities in PowerPoint. To be successful, you will have the ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative, have good attention to detail, and a proven history of meeting deadlines. Most importantly, you will have a "can do" attitude.
