This role will provide clinical support to customers in the NSW region, under mentorship from the Territory Manager and direct line manager, and in line with sales and marketing strategies.
You will be the technical expert for CORI providing case coverage and account support for new and existing customers by training surgeons and hospital staff to technological proficiency. You will be a key player in the Orthopedics organization as we focus on driving the adoption and utilization of CORI for knee & hip arthroplasty. You will also identify leads and drive revenue in partnership with the Joint Reconstruction and Capital sales organizations in your designated territory and nationally.
What will you be doing?Provide outstanding clinical support to customers on products whilst maintaining a high level of product knowledge.Support surgical procedures in the hospital environment on a range of products on an 'as required' basis.Manage the clinical training and in-servicing schedule in alignment with the sales strategy.Enhance operating efficiencies including management of surgeon preferences and integration of warehouse and customer service initiatives.Ensure the appropriate execution of the shared calendar.Support the maintenance/development of customer profiles/preferences.Foster good teamwork, communication, and execution across the state sales team.What will you need to be successful?You must have proven experience in a medical field/theatre setting or tertiary qualifications in a science or medical-related discipline.Proven experience in the orthopaedic and/or endoscopy field will be essential.Extensive understanding of orthopaedic and/or endoscopy products and industry - technical terminology and clinical knowledge.Good understanding of the operating theatre environment and surgical procedures.Good understanding of the Australian public and private healthcare system.A knowledge of selling skills.Computer proficiency in MS Office.To apply, please ensure that you include a cover letter addressing it to Talent Acquisition Lead ANZ.
