We are seeking expressions of interest from qualified and experienced Senior Finance Leaders who are passionate about adding value and driving strategy and growth for our esteemed clients. We are currently representing live and imminent opportunities and we are looking for seasoned professionals to join organisations where they can make a significant impact.
As a CFO you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership teams to shape and execute financial strategies that directly contribute to the growth and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic financial guidance to support long-term business goals. Collaborate with executive leadership to shape and implement growth strategies.
Lead the preparation of accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. Offer in-depth analysis of key performance indicators to drive operational and financial improvements.
Develop and manage detailed budgets and forecasts, ensuring they align with organisational goals and deliver sustainable growth. Monitor performance against budgets and adjust strategies as needed.
Oversee cash flow and working capital management, ensuring the organisation maintains financial liquidity and can invest in growth opportunities.
Identify financial risks and implement robust systems to mitigate those risks. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
Provide strategic insights into potential M&A activity, acquisitions, or joint ventures, and support the integration of new businesses or assets.
Lead and mentor finance teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure the team has the tools, skills, and motivation to perform at a high level.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and financial institutions.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, ideally within SME environments.
Strong understanding of financial systems, management reporting, and financial controls.
Experience in driving business growth and managing financial risks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
