Core Talent is recruiting for a Contract Administrator for a highly reputable award-winning builder. This builder is capable of delivering projects across luxury residential, childcare, education, health, and industrial.
We are looking for a Contract Administrator with 2 years or more experience. Project values can range from $1M - $20M. This company is willing to pay above market to engage with the right person.
As a Contract Administrator, you will have:

Construction Management Degree or similar qualification Experience with Jobpac would be ideal but not essential Strong past tenure with Tier 2 or Tier 3 builders If successful, you will receive:
