The Role In this role, you will report to the Roster Team Leader and be responsible for managing staffing allocations across all our homes. Your key duties will include forward planning, developing, and administering daily staff schedules for residential services, in consultation with the relevant Service Manager.
To Be Successful You Will Need High level of knowledge and experience working in a rostering or scheduling role within a complex, fast paced and multidisciplinary 24/7 industry. Well-developed capacity to manage the competing demands of a busy environment, work to deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
