We are looking for an additional supervisor to join the team with jobs located around the Brisbane East area.

Duties and Responsibilities Managing multiple jobs including trades and labour Programming of works to meet minimum timeframes Problem solving and advising on appropriate solutions Knowledge of and adherence to WH&S requirements Close liaison between internal and external staff members Close liaison with clients and relationship building Skills & Experience Sound technical knowledge (home building experience and background) Strong knowledge of Australian Building Codes, Council requirements, and Covenants Site Supervisor Licence (QLD) Demonstrated experience as a team player who can work unsupervised Good forward planning/programming/organisational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent professional and personal presentation Full unencumbered driver's licence (essential) With an attractive remuneration package on offer including a fully maintained company vehicle, laptop, and mobile phone, this is an exciting opportunity to join Coral Homes.
