The opportunity We are on the lookout for a Copywriting & Communications Specialist to join our Marketing team, Reporting to the Head of Marketing – Fashion Apparel, based in Richmond VIC. The role will be responsible for maintaining the Brand Collective Fashion Apparel brands' tone of voice and delivering each brand's communications plans and copywriting across website, email, blog and more. The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset balanced with commercial acumen with a proven track-record of excellent stakeholder management and copywriting skills. Key Responsibilities: Monthly Channel Plan: Develop and manage monthly plans for email and website communications, including imagery and copy, in collaboration with Marketing Managers and product teams.Comms Briefing: Own the briefing process for EDMs, blogs, and website updates in Asana, ensuring timely execution and quality control. Coordinate with designers and the digital team.Copywriting: Write copy for campaigns and BAU activities aligned with brand strategies across digital and physical channels.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing Managers and other teams (e.g., Retail, Product, Digital, Design) to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.Performance Analysis: Track and report on communication effectiveness using data to guide future decisions.Stakeholder Management: Keep key stakeholders updated on campaigns and milestones.Industry Insight: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.Brand Consistency: Champion each brand's direction, ensuring all communications align with brand guidelines and tone of voice.The skills and experience you offer us Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven brand copywriting experienceAt least 3 years in a communications or copywriting rolePrevious experience in omnichannel retail marketing is essentialTertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, journalism, or related fieldStrong understanding of brand, customer, and tone of voiceProficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana), Google Docs, and Microsoft SuiteHighly organized with experience managing multiple projects and stakeholdersKnowledge of SEODetail-oriented with a customer-centric focus and passion for customer journeyJust some of the perks we offer you: Generous discounts for you and your family across Brand Collective's stable of brands!Pet friendly workspace - yes, you can bring your dog to work!Invitations to epic sample salesPaid parental leave, volunteer leave, purchased leave programNovated LeasingGenerous service awardsEmployee Assistance Program with free access to Mental Health ProfessionalsApply today to bring brands to life At Brand Collective our customers come from all walks of life, and so do we!
