This newly updated role is pivotal in aligning with our branch's strategic goals and industry trends, driving improvements in outcomes, efficiency, and operational empowerment.As the Coordinator, you will ensure the delivery of water, sewage, and recycled water systems in line with environmental, safety, and water quality standards while leading your team to adopt innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency.Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture focused on safety, continuous improvement, and innovation, ensuring that the team operates at its best while adapting to emerging challenges.This role requires a keen understanding of water industry regulations and compliance requirements.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the operations team in planning, resource allocation, and the execution of tasks to ensure water, sewage, and recycled water systems are efficient and compliant.Coordinate operational processes, including routine and regulatory testing, and ensure that all procedures align with best-practice management.Provide technical advice to internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, encouraging creativity, problem-solving, and risk reduction within the team.The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of water and sewage processes.
