Our Strategic Planning Unit is seeking a Coordinator that is highly motivated and can demonstrate excellence in the strategic planning process aligned to our strategies, plans and broader organisational goals.Purpose of the Role:The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading and coordinating a Strategic Planning team in the review and development of policies and plans to ensure that there is an up-to-date, effective and efficient framework for strategic planning in Randwick City.About you:Tertiary qualifications in Planning at degree level, in planning, architecture or urban design, or a related discipline.Extensive relevant work experience with demonstrated expertise and deep knowledge in managing the planning process.Demonstrated highly developed project management skills and ability, combined with expertise and experience in change management processes.High level oral and written communication skills including community consultation, research, report writing and policy development.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to be adaptable, flexible and resourceful.
