The Package: $111,908.68 - $123,657.04 gross per annum + 11.5% super.
(Evaluated as Grade 17 of the QPRC Salary System 2024) and a guaranteed increase of 3% in 2025-26, plus potential performance-based progression.
This position is inclusive of leaseback vehicle option. Full time– 35 hours per week.

As a Coordinator, Strategic Land-use Planner you'll play a vital role in protecting our environment and ensuring sustainable development.
In this role you will:Protect the environment and promote a standard of amenity that meets community expectations through land-use planning that provides effective management of both the built and natural environment, as well as complying with legislative requirements.Provide expert advice to Council, the public, developers, government authorities and other staff within the organisation in relation to land-use planning and policy matters.We are looking for someone who:Can supervise staff compliance with statutory obligations; and coordination and monitoring the performance of system associated with the Program/s.Is capable of effectively managing a high performing team and aligning team objectives to generate sustained output.Can contribute to reporting on operational performance in accordance with performance frameworks.Working with us:The successful candidate will join Council during an exciting period of development and play a key role in Council's Land-use Planning.
They will observe the impact of their work on the local community and have access to learning and development opportunities available to staff.
