About the Role Join CFA's Core Learning Team to drive operational learning and strengthen volunteer capabilities across the Region.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement district training plans in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with objectives and needs.Coordinate training delivery, resources and assessment schedules across districts.Validate training goals with committees and support brigade capability through annual reviews.Prepare reports, analyse training performance and ensure evaluations are monitored.Manage instructor utilisation, training records and compliance with standards.Supervise administration staff and oversee learning management systems.Maintain and update training resources and ensure materials meet AQTF and RTO requirements.Provide data, insights and support to enhance learning outcomes and compliance.About You: You will have experience in learning and development, strong stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for supporting volunteer capability.
