About the roleWanneroo Crane Hire is currently seeking a Full Time Coordinator/Scheduler to join our rapidly growing business.With over 30 years dedicated experience in the industry, we are now excited to be branching into larger projects whilst also maintaining constant local and rural customer requirements.
You will play a vital role in the efficient planning and scheduling of our crane operations. This full-time position is based in our Wangara, WA office and is crucial in supporting the strategic objectives of our growing construction services business.
What you'll be doing Provide Crane and services information to clientsLiaising with clients, project managers and equipment operators to ensure seamless project deliveryIdentifying and resolving scheduling conflicts and logistical issues in a timely mannerProviding administrative support, including answering calls, responding to emails, customer queries, bookings, staff coordination.Maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance is current at all times.Be able to draw critical lift plans (Training can be provided)What we're looking for Knowledge of Crane Industry is essentialAble to use Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitaskKnowledge of construction methods, equipment and regulatory requirementsFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlinesWhat we offerAt Wanneroo Crane Hire, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
