About this role
We have an exciting opportunity available for a dynamic and energetic Coordinator Consumer Experience to join our team here in the Consumer Experience and Clinical Excellence (CECE) directorate at the NMHS. We are on a mission to elevate the consumer voice and better engage our consumers in more of our day-to-day activities across our sites and services, including clinical incident reviews, policy development and clinical quality improvement. In this role, you will lead a small consumer experience team aiming to implement various strategies to improve consumer engagement. You will work closely with a range of our consumers, Community Advisory Councils, safety and quality teams, clinicians and others to implement these strategies as well as other work to improve consumer experience, consumer feedback and complaints management. This role reports to the Director, Safety, Quality and Consumer Experience within the CECE directorate.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with great communication and interpersonal skills, who enjoys working with people in a strategic role. The ideal applicant for this role would enjoy leading a small team and supporting the professional development of staff and other stakeholders to enhance capability in consumer engagement. Experience in consumer engagement initiatives and consumer feedback is essential.
